Tapa tapa tapas...

Above is just a little collage to describe the weekend I had with my girls! Drinking shots and milkshakes, eating glorious cupcakes, glitter galore, Walking the streets of Dublin, buying shoes, hours of shopping and dancing at a silent disco! That makes for a good weekend in my opinion.

It was my friend's birthday (21st!) and we decided instead of buying her a gift we'd bring her to Dublin, pay for a hotel for her, buy her a slap up meal, bring her out on the town and top it off with a day and a half of shopping! Thankfully, she was very pleased indeed!

And I was so glad to be able to get away with them for the two days because it is so very hard to get us all together (those girls lead some pretty hectic lives) and the last time we were all together was sadly my birthday. But that's the great thing, I've known these girls for such a long time and instead of drifting apart once in college we made the effort to stay the friends even if we can't see each other every week. Hurray for phones and Facebook!

My outfit was inspired slightly by Rizzo from Grease, hence the oversized shirt and tight leather pencil skirt (love it) which I got for €20!

During the shopping I bought myself some essentials to make a fascinator. I've wanted to make a "daytime" one since Blondie and will show you once it is done.
